The Diaverum clinic in Lubartow has been part of Diaverum since 2003 and offers 16 dialysis stations.

Diaverum clinic is located at Słowackiego 7 Street, but the entrance gate and the entrance to the dialysis clinic are from Lipowa Street. There is a car park with areas for the disabled by the dialysis station.
